 Kairali - The Ayurvedic Healing Village located in Palakkad, Kerala is proud and pleased  to declare that it has received the FIT Premium Quality Certificate 2014 in Germany (Berlin) for maintaining the highest quality.

This is the second time that Kairali - The Ayurvedic Healing Village has received this award.

 The FIT Premium Quality Certificate is accorded after a tireless assessment process. Only the highest quality and finest rated hotels from all over the world receive the FIT Quality Certificate.

The FIT experts only accept and select partner hotels with strong service and quality that have a complete orientation and clear focus on spa, wellness and health. Along with to the above mentioned evaluation the resort or hotel also needs the good reviews of FIT Reisen’s customers. A hotel must attain a minimum of  4 of 5 favourable points in order to be awarded with the FIT Quality Certificate.

The chief benchmarks that are reviewed for granting this certificate are:

 The state of the hotel, overall cleanliness of the hotel, the service and staff, the quality of the hotel rooms, the ambiance and the atmosphere. And also the quality of treatments, quality of the restaurant, swimming pool area / thermal bath, spa area, treatment rooms, sports and leisure facilities, natural setting and surroundings.
